The peptide reference library contains general informational summaries compiled from publicly available sources. Library content may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your circumstances. The peptide reference library is not a formulary, prescribing reference, or clinical database, and information about any substance in the library should not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation, or instruction for use.
The App includes an AI assistant that responds to user questions about peptides and related topics. The AI assistant provides educational information only. It does not have access to your medical history, does not know your health status, and cannot evaluate your individual circumstances.
AI responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, generalizations, or errors. The AI assistant is not a healthcare provider, pharmacist, or medical professional. No AI response should be interpreted as a recommendation to use, combine, adjust, or discontinue any substance.
Every AI response includes a disclaimer. That disclaimer is not a formality — it is a material limitation of the service.
Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship, pharmacist-patient relationship, or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and Protokel, its operators, or any of its service providers.

This disclaimer supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Protokel and Clear Persist Ecom, operating under the trade name (handelend onder de naam) Protokel, accept no liability for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or your reliance on any information the App displays. Liability is limited and subject to exceptions as set forth in the Terms of Service.
